United's attitutde is still kind of arrogant... ie "we are on firm legal standing, but" they are crying too much.... We wish them Bon Voyage.. .. to me .. sounds very sarcastic. Wish they would do the right thing from the begining.. is it always too late?? Do they like having hard feelings form before they do the right thing?
