I just flew with a friend HKT-BKK 19OCT. Purchased C on a 747 10:00 am flight, and both *G UA. Went to check in online on the nite before, and we were already preassigned in the F cabin (2E and 2F). Was traveling with another friend who purchased same fare and is also *G UA and she was assigned a seat upstairs. Seat map showed no empty seats in F so was not allowed to try and move her seat up.
