Embassy Suites posting problems?

Is anyone else having issues with Embassy stays posting to their BA accounts? I had a stay in April 2007 in Orlando. We hopped hotels in the Hilton Chain every night for the bonus points. At Embassy My BA number is plainly shown on the folio, but it did not post like the other 3 hotels that week to my other airline accounts. I waited for it to post and when it did not, I printed out the missing partner form from the BA site and mailed it in mid September with a copy of the itemized hotel bill. Another month goes by and I check mid October and still no 500 miles posted. I emailed them and received just the form letter that they got the email, but no answer after almost a week. Since I had no other activity since 12/05 I don't want to lose miles from no activity, and there are not many partner options these days. How long should I have to wait, and is this common for BA? Am I right in trying to get BA to fix this since Embassy had it correct on the folio?
