I faced a similar dilemma over the summer. I booked a full-size car with Dollar at a rate of $29.99 a week. They apparently went into the record and CHANGED the rate without notice. Needless to day, there was a LOT of phone-talk and eventually was sorted out with the manager at the renting location, with a fax noting this. I even got upgraded to a minivan
