Burbank is not a big buisness city with land at a huge premium.
I belive Marriott-being the greedy company it is-got in on a "deal"and thus allowed the Marriott name to be placed on the side of the building.
I just want to point out Marriott is not a development company and owns fewer than a handful of hotels....with this being said I'm not sure how the placement of this hotel could be considered greed on their part
