Ko Olina Construction
I was looking at some posters' "casual photos" on TripAdvisor of this property and one of the pictures showed an excavator working within sight of the lagoon. If I remember right it was dated in '07.
Am I missing something? Is there no construction of any kind in the area right now? Perhaps the picture showed construction that was not at the property itself?
