WestJet prides themselves on how their employee's are WS owners and one gets the sense that the employee's care more bout the service they deliver. In fact they make it a point in all their commercials.

What would happen if AC employee's made an offer to buy-out AC from ACE? Would/could that be realistic? And would AC employee's care to do a better job especially front end workers if they "owned" the company?
