If it were in a buisness park that would be one thing-but folks this is right next to(and I am talking 10-20 feet)one of the busiest freeway stretches in SoCal,with no landscaping/sound barriers between the brand new constrution and the freeway.

Burbank is not a big buisness city with land at a huge premium.

I belive Marriott-being the greedy company it is-got in on a "deal"and thus allowed the Marriott name to be placed on the side of the building.

And yes,bigguyinpasadena is very blunt about calling things by their real names sometimes-and why is that a bad thing again?
