First up, I take offense about this sef paying vs expense bit. Even when travelling on work I look on the cost and I'm sure most others who expense do too.


As far as changing a reservation that you prebooked goes, I always change it with the hotel, citing flight cancellations or a change in travel plans. I've shown up late and left early without any issues.
