About 3 months ago, I had to cancel my UA Business Class trip to CA this summer. I payed my $40.00 bucks to get my Delta SkyMiles re-deposited. Today, I got a phone call from a guy who was alerting me to a "scheduel change".

Odd thing was, my on-line balance showed the 160,000 miles (4 of us) had been redeposited.

So we still had reserved business class seats on UA Coast to Coast, for FREE (no miles, no $$$)!

But when we went to the ticket office 3 months ago, the lady took the tickets, so at the airport, what could we have said? I called, and told them the problem. The lady said "Thank-you very much for your help. The seats have been taken away. I'll send you some goodies for being honest".

So, I'll keep checking my mail box, and I'll let you know what I get for my honesty (crossing my fingers)!
