Unfortunately, if your name is referenced in some website other than your own, Google will refuse to remove the indexing to it without a court order. I've tried to get them to do this with a minor matter and failed. Furthermore, I went directly through their general counsel who I knew a little from a previous interaction and HE ignored me.
