Several ponits :
- you will clear immigration in CDG, so no airside (with the meaning of within the international area) transfer possible
- you will clear customs at your final destination in the EU, so VIE, or your onward destination from VIE
- in any case, whether you are departing from or transferring in CDG, you always need to clear security upon departure

1:10 mn is somewhat tight, but should be ok if your flight from DEL is on schedule. Once you have cleared immigration after arrival in 2E, you need 10-15mn to reach 2D for your flight to VIE.
