Zero is quite a bit better than what I got as SEN. I mean who gets planted in a flock of Spanish speaking kids on a FRA-SFO (could neither defend nor express myself) or who else would they try to boot from a completely full flight when they allocated a GM on the very same seat as I was ..... and I sat already in the seat ...

LH did that (not quite - it was to actually allocate a seat in economy extra, then in economy, then in a window seat....then other pax moved around for me, luckily!) to me 3 times on a *single* SK flight ex-FRA, and then decided to offload my baggage, so *never* again - I flew LX to CPH just a month ago, instead of setting foot on SK again!
