parnel333 on cathaytalk posted the link to the Flight Planner. Check, for example, a date in February and you'll see CX 828 and 826 to Toronto and CX 827 and CX 829 to Toronto.

Only 828/829 are listed as being YYZ via ANC. 826/827 seem to be non-stop.
I just checked with the link and CX826 goes into effect from December 5th and the CX 827 on the 6th.
