I would stop by China Town or the Indian Supermarkets to get recommendations on a local Travel Agent who specializes in trips to Asia. The $25 or so that you spend will be well worth it as they will have easier access to consolidator fares that earn mileage and can alert you to future unadvertized sales. If you do not work with a TA, I recommend basing your fares from LAX or SFO and then adding the flight to/from LAS at the end as there is much better advertised fares originating from these cities. LAS-YVR is $250-$300 which negates any fare savings you might see.
