IMHO, there should be no reason for Diners to have to expedite anything. As long as you request the transfer by calling Diners by 8/31, the double BA miles promo should apply. Call Diners to confirm this.

Also, I imagine that IF should be able to make sure the Diners points posting is expedited, if requested.
