If my understanding is correct, since the confirmation number they gave you worked on NWA's web site, the ticket was booked through a reputable agency and you should be all set. If NWA.com can pull up the reservation, then NWA has already accepted it. Never hurts to give a quick call to NWA just to be sure though.
