Interesting thread to bring back to life. From a practical view, CO will never fly to/from ACY to a non-hub location (and somehow, I can't see EWR-ACY ever happening considering the very cheap alternative methods of getting around the Jersey coast). And I also doubt there is the leisure traffic to justify a new route from CLE and IAH (let alone any mainline A/C).
FWIW in this thread, I'd love to see EWR/IAH-AUH/DXB. Guess I get one of those with the new EK IAH-DXB.
