I held up a line for 20 minutes once at EWR because the ticket agent (nor anybody she was working with) had no idea what I was talking about. She treated me like an idiot and kept saying "You're elite on US Airways - this is United."

Well that was EWR. As we all know you'd be lucky to get any kind of knowledgeable or even friendly service at EWR regardless of the airline.
