I've just got my new MBNA statement (online) and despite writing to them with the full details of my bookings 2 weeks ago, once again, this month, I didn't get neither the previous bonus points nor the bonus points for this month!

I am going to try the phone route now...
update: have just called the Customer Service and I'm sure the guy I talked to never heard of BMI bonus miles! Well, he put a note on my account and I'm supposed to call them back next week
