Today at nwa.com, I got a message in my "View Reservation" area which indicate the following message:
Customer Advisory : Flight(s) in your reservation have been impacted by a Schedule Change that may allow you to select alternate flights for your trip. Select the "Schedule Change Flight" button next to your trip(s) to view alternate flight options which may better suit your needs.
Along with this, there is a red button above the flight in question which links me to the rebooking center to change my itinerary, however, when I call the rez agent with my inquiry of why I must do this, none of the NW rez agent have any clue as to the actual disruption. As far as they know, the flight is operating as scheduled. There is no change to schedule, equipment or anything to this nature. (Same answer at nwa.com help desk - They too are clueless on why I am getting this message.)
None of my flight alternative that nwa.com gives me are acceptable.
Is NW possibly planning to cancel one or two of my flights or are they somehow trying me to book away from my "confirmed" reservation?
My flights in questions are October 21
NW 465 PIT DTW 5:00pm 6:14pm
NW 207 DTW SEA 7:32pm 9:22pm
