Hey guys,

I'm planning my first trip to Japan for January. I'd kind of like to change things up and take JAL instead of AA.

Would I get miles flying to Japan on JAL w/o an AA flight number, or is there some sore of anti-trust thing like there is with BA for the trans-atlantic flights?
