I have seen this most often on It'l flights. A recent 767-300 flight Rio to JFK had 2 or 3 pairs of seats at REAR of C with NOTICES placed on them they were reserved for crew use. Said "Crew Only" or something, and looked professionally printed. All also had tray tables in the DOWN postion, just to REALLY get the message across! Basenji might know more, but it seems a standard policy and he/she has covered it well as usual it looks like.
