had to buy some tix on the phone today as I needed certain segments moved to "I" class and not others- apparently using the Caribbean AA reservations line there is no fee for buying on the phone (as opposed to the web)- FYI there is an 800 number for Jamaica and I believe the rest of the English-speaking Caribbean that is answered in Trinidad (from the sounds of all the agents who answer it)
