I find 22A is a better choice than 22H. 22A is further away from the galley, so a bit quieter. The life raft on the door does extend a bit into your leg space, but being 6'2", footrests do nothing for me anyways. I found that using my own carry-on bag as my foot rest works much better and 22A gives plenty of room for that. As far as the noise level goes, the noise cancelling headphones help eliminate that.
