Well that's what it says in the current Highlife magazine in the (don't) ask the pilot section. If we are to believe our October pilot (or perhaps his editor), we scoff our way through something like 20kg of food each on every longhaul flight. Or to put it in proper BAEC FT currency, around 11 and a bit bottles of champagne each (including the bottles). For every single passenger. Mmmmm, somehow that doesn't seem quite right to me. I hope our pilot's fuel load calculations are a bit closer to the mark
