I am gold and registered for the double points promo
I stayed 10 days ago , 4 nights , at the MARIA ISABEL SHERATON at MEX.
All the following was charged to my hotel room and appears on my hotel
invoice.
POINTS RECEIVED :
Room charge : double points ( 5 points per $ )
Restaurant : 1 single point per $
NO POINTS RECEIVED : All room taxes. Restaurant tips. Tours booked through
the hotel.10% comission on the tours .
As mentioned , everything above appears on the hotel invoice.
Did I get all the points due to me ?
