I have used the facility in San francisco twice while transiting for 8 hrs to Alasaka they took us to the Westin.It was great.Chiflyer-in answer to your question. Yes she should be able to take you to the hotel but will only get one food voucher.In san fran the $15each was more than we could eat.We went into town then came out had late lunch and went to the airport.but you have to pay for your own beverages so dont think u can ues it for drinks!
