The PE 2001 book says that on Int"l flights (overnights) in F or B (not upgrades) you can enjoy "Arrivals by United service" namely private shower, breakfast and fax and phone.
How does this differ from just using the club?

Does the breakfast come at the club, you get a voucher for somewhere else or what? If a voucher would it be good at a later date? Annother airport? Does the 21 destinations include Auckland?
