Does anyone know what FIN operated AC 896 on July 16, I know it was a 333, perhaps the same FIN my dad had as all the J seats did not work. Interesting to note that for the same problem different levels of compensation were issued, and they appear to be on the exact same route too. Even the ratio of AP miles to dollars is somewhat different compared to what I have been offered in the past.
