Well yeah its at undergraduate level! Its an Air Transport Degree, how about submiting a topic like...the problems facing air travel today?? E.g long delays, congestion inside the aiport, lost baggage etc!

I am still confused at what topic to or issue to go for?!!!
Think about doing something that could be useful in different airline job functions. I did a Masters thesis on fuel hedging in airlines back in 2004. The very fact that it was on my resume got me calls for job interviews from several US airlines as well as management consulting firms for their Travel and Transportation practices.
