Yes, you can use other Star Alliance lounges, such as UA, TG, or SQ. I believe SQ perhaps is the better one... however, all the other lounges are pretty similar...
I purposely used the L'espace lounge because I don't normally fly Sky team... so I stayed with the AF lounge... not bad...
