I mostly fly UA and BA and their partners. I use the miles to fly family members around and the occasional 1st class intl upgrade for myself.

Northwest/KLM (Gold)
Olympic Icarus
Air Littoral Carte Flamants
Qualiflyer (Swissair, Sabena, Austrian)
