I also hate US/UA ITN's

I arrived at FLL for a US flight connecting to a UA flight, US couldnt figure out how to check us in, so they moved us to AA, that plane hit a bird and we ended getting in 8 hours after scheduled.

Part was my bad for not having a copy of the ITN with me. I know better now.
