I flew on Oct 13th from Poland to GSO via MUC and IAD.
I took almost the last plane from MUC to US this day. I was booked on LH metal at 1PM from Poland and had only 35 mins connection in MUC (day before the fligth I called LH to make sure that 35mins is ok...) On my way to the airport I got text that my flight to MUC is delayed for about 30 mins.
Got to the airport and the only information I found was that flight is expected to be on time. Checked in and asked about the delay. Agent called someone and confirm that the fligth would be delayed. So... I went to LO ticket office for rebooking. Lady suggested me change reservation for the next day because acc to her I would not make this connection.
However I had to be in GSO on next day so decided to flew to MUC and see what would happened.
The connecting flight was delayed 30min and I arrived MUC 10 mins before departure time of my US flight. Once I left plane I have found a HON limousine and dirver with my plate and my name on (??? - I am only SEN).
It was nice to had direct transfer but the limousine transfer was really nice.
In the car he gave my my new BP... I was booked to Y (in H class) but got C class BP ... that was really really nice
Borded the plane and was welcomed by FA by name (really x3 nice) and... was invited to F... (really x4 nice). She explained me that op-uped in the plane some other pax and did not have seat place for me in C... since I was upgraded she did not want to downgrade me... even if I paid for Y... We took off in 10-15mins after I boarded.
Arrived IAD on time, went to baggage claim area (at that time was sure that my luggage did not make this connection in MUC). Could you imagine my surprise when I saw mu suitcase as a first on trolley ? ( really x5 nice)

Is LH really bad ?
That was my best experience...
