Interesting. I have gotten mileage everytime I've flown HA. Never really looked at fare class. Maybe L is for the super low fares they offer once in a while to compete w/ go! Probably have to talk w/ HA phone rep.
I agree - it has never been an issue for me, but that was before the onslaught of go!
