First on a 777 is much nicer than Biz on a 767.
The 777 F seat will lie flat, horizontal, regardless of the F type you get. Could be the original flat 777 F seats or could be the 777 Flagship Suite F seats. The former are ok and the latter are really great. Both are better than Biz on the 767s.
If I were you I'd stop worrying about the connection and potential delays and simply keep what you have - since the 777 F seat is better than any 767 seat you might get.
