I don't blame you for being angry. The Theresa Kerry remark is inflammatory, but it does give me a good mental image. But the rest of it is what AA should be trying to avoid.

Liquid on the keyboard can be a major problem and just have the keyboard replaced when you get back. Hopefully you purchased a cheaper laptop that serves its purpose for the trip. I have had to do that as well.

BUT, I would really hammer AA for having someone with a child in their lap in business class. The previous poster doubts your integrity (as only people on blind forums can do), but I assume you are telling the truth.
