AA Complaint betting line: no response of 3,000 miles?

I wrote an email to AA complaining about the horrible flight from DFW-CDG on October 13th in business class. Flight 48.

"I paid over $7,000 for a business from ticket from PHX-CDG on American Airlines. The goal was to have some quiet to work and get a good sleep so my several speeches in Paris go as planned. Here is what happened. There was an empty seat next to me in an otherwise fully booked cabin. All of a sudden, an obnoxious woman (who looked, talked and acted like Thereza Heinz Kerry) was seated next to me. She had a 2-3 year old child with her. The child screamed, cried, laughed, ran throughout the cabin, threw his food and milk on me while the mother spent much of the flight talking in baby talk to him in this overly loud, boozy voice. The words "Bubba, bye-bye, plane" were repeated hundred of times. It sounds nice that she said "I love you Bubba," but when she was almost yelling it and repeating it over and over again... Plus the kid kicked my seat many times, knocked drinks on me, threw his food and milk on me. I now have a ruined laptop because of the milk he spilled on my laptop (or should I say threw). Then when I went to the bathroom, she stole my ammenities kit with the eye cover. I asked for it back and she said it was hers. She never apoliogized for anything. I got no sleep (she watched movies all night and the flickering was driving me nuts) and a ruined laptop because of her. All it cost me was $7,000!

Why was she bumped to business class where people are trying to work? If she had a BC ticket, why did you let her bring an unruly brat on the plane who interfered with the FAs? The FAs were trying to be nice to everyone given a bad situation. But this cost me sleep and a laptop. Why would I ever fly AA again if total clowns like this are allowed to disturb everyone?

I had to buy a new laptop in Paris and fortunately I had a flash with my presentation on it. And a new copy of MS Office had to be purchased. Combine that with no sleep, and I can't tell you how angry I am with AA policies about either 1) bumping someone into business class or 2) allowing someone with a ticket to bring an unruly child into business class."

This took two emails since I went over the limit.

The FAs were nice, but too nice to the woman and her brat. I appreciate their position, but this had cost me far more more than had they simply offered her two coach seats so the kids could have his own seat. I looked and there were two seats open two rows behind business. I nicely suggested that the FAs move the woman and her screaming kid to coach. One FA said "Then maybe you should take those seats." Wait a minute - I paid $7,000 for a ticket and can't sleep or get anything done and you want ME to move?

So if AA's policy is the Greyhound bus model, I will fly someone else. Otherwise, they should rethink their policies toward paying business class flyers.

Now, no response or 3,000 mile with a form letter?
