I doubt it will only cost you the $315 change fee...what are the chances of 5 R fares being available on the new flights you want to change to. I could easily see a change in ticket price since the R class may not be available, forcing you to another fare class. Maybe you will get lucky...but 5 R fares on the same two flights seems unlikely to me.
