All of the the fares listed above are published fares, so the "private fares" exclusion would not apply.

this page on United's web site seems to indicate that nothing below W is eligible for mileage accrual. S/K/L/T are not listed at all, so perhaps the restriction
ACflyerDE listed was not an exact quote (i.e. maybe it's supposed to read "S/K/L/T
and private fares" are excluded).
