Eurowings service is normal LH intra Europe service; Snack and full bar service, nothing to write home about.

Taxi into town will cost about 15 to 20 Euro and 15 to 20 minutes. There is a train going into central station departing under the terminal for 2.10 Euro.

No need for any VIP service. Walk 50 meters from the taxi or 150 Meters from the train to security. 50 meters from security to the C-Class lounge (have not been in there for ages, so I cannot comment what is on offer), 30 meters to passport control (takes 2 to 5 minutes) and at the utmost 50 meters to the gate.
