Each time I read that people are being compensated for IFE not functional, I'm surprised. I just flew DEN to BOS and my IFE didn't work, but I didn't think twice about it, as I was unlikely to use it anyway, as I would presume the case would be for most travelers. Am I in the minority as someone who doesn't use IFE?
