P.O. with my CC - does Continental have to pay merchant fees for refunded tickets?
Long story short -- I am despising the credit company with which I used to purchase refundable tickets. Since the airfare hasn't changed... I'm thinking of cancelling some Y fare reservations and rebooking on a different credit card out of spite.
Question - does Continental still have to pay merchant fees on the original credit card for a cancelled/refunded ticket?
