I would share my last year's worth of travel.

-5 months of trips to Dallas - upgraded once outbound on an E190...returns always (*) in a Republic E175 (* - when the flight wasn't cancelled due to weather...or if I managed to score a standby on an earlier, but delayed, flight).

-2 PHL-LGW coach roundtrips (which they can easily read my trips reports about here on FT).

-My delayed bag because LGW couldn't open the cargo door on a 757 (also posted here on FT)

-The pilot sick-out in May (it was May, right? Posted on FFocus).

They probably don't want to hear about 10 months of travel on Acela...with trains that left on-time and walk up fares about $5 more than advance purchase .
