Try this on for size.....

Booked the Amerisuites RDU Airport, erroneously showing as Hyatt Place (for awhile at least) on the reservations page. NOT on the official list as an HP. Showed up. Absolutely no indication of HP. Got the old TCB suite. Excellent FULL breakfast, not HP continental. Returned home, got only 300 points for an Amerisuites stay. Called Diamond desk. "Oh, we made a mistake on that listing. Here is the full point credit, the Diamond 500-point bonus, and TWO FFN credits. Other folks have had that problem too." Wow, thanks...a full free night at the London Churchill!
