If you changed your seat after/during check-in, often the reservations page doesn't update with the new assignment. Unless you moved into a FAM favorite or there was an equipment swap, I wouldn't worry.
I want to say the My Itineraries/Reservations page NEVER updates (as it shouldn't) if you've made a different seat selection when checking in.
Same goes for any other type of check-in (kiosk, agent, etc).
My friend just went through this this morning. He was in seat 4D originally, but changed to seat 4C because he preferred an aisle seat (757). His reservation still said 4D.
