I agree totally.... a very poor response. A loyal customer takes time to write a letter and make suggestions, and UA doesnt even send out a personalized letter in reply...??!!!!!
Smart marketing would reward the best suggestions... with a small token of bonus miles or a HK49 or something.... (I understand LH does this on a selective basis).
