As most have mentioned renting a car may be your best option. And I would even consider renting a car even if staying at an onsite hotel. The family and I just got back from Disneyworld a couple of days ago. We stayed at the Pop Century resort and decided to not get a car and use the Disney Bus system to get around. I believe we averaged about a 45 minute wait to get to most of the parks with some waits of more than an hour. And Disney's airport bus (contracted through Meers of course) was almost an hour late in picking everyone up and then there were more than 15 people who couldn't get on as it was overbooked (and this was after at least 3 families gave up waiting and just forked over the $50 for a taxi.) Luckily we didn't miss our flight.
