LOL, several other posts in this thread? You realize that there are only three posters in this thread so far, right? You just posted for the second time, and I am now posting for the third time. I am aware that the site is not perfect, and it never was. None of the travel sites are anywhere close to perfect, they all have glitches, and I have come to believe that some of those glitches are purposeful, because they are so obvious, and they never change. In any case, you said in your first posting that part of your problem was forgetting your password, and part of your problem was that you were still using your old username, and not your e-mail address or MR number. Fix those two issues, and you should be in good shape. I know that I got good results that way.
